Every rectangle is the footprint printed on the product page, every distance is measured between two edges you can see, and every finding tells you the figure it was measured against. Nothing here is guessed, estimated or generated — if the planner says a walkway is 780 mm, a tape measure in the finished room says 780 mm.
A rules-based suggestion: each piece is placed by the same published clearance figures the findings below are measured against. No AI, nothing guessed — you can check every distance with a tape measure.
Each piece is a stop in the tab order. Arrow keys move the selected piece 10 millimetres, Shift and an arrow key move it 100 millimetres. R turns it 15 degrees clockwise, Shift R turns it 15 degrees counter-clockwise. Delete removes it and Escape deselects it. Every measurement in the drawing is repeated as text in the inspector and the findings below.

Every rule below was measured against this layout and none of them was missed. The figures are ordinary residential space-planning norms, not building code — they are here so you can disagree with a specific number.

What it does not do
It models one rectangular room at a time, seen from above. Bay windows, chimney breasts and L-shaped rooms are not modelled, and a piece is treated as a rigid box, so a sofa whose legs unbolt may go through a door the planner says it will not. The clearance figures are ordinary residential space-planning norms, not building code and not accessibility code — a wheelchair or a walker needs considerably more room than these numbers give.
